Does this satisfy my requirement?
California requires RCFE administrators to complete 40 hours of continuing education every two years to renew certification, of which at least 20 hours must be live. This bundle covers that live 20-hour portion. Paired with our 20-hour self-paced bundle, the two together complete the full 40-hour requirement.
Choose your session
Every session runs on a Saturday and Sunday, so you keep your weekdays at the facility. Pick the dates that fit your schedule.
Enrolling takes you to checkout to review your order and pay by card. Your seat is confirmed as soon as payment goes through, and joining instructions follow three days before the session.
Enroll any time up to 8:00 AM PT on the first day. Enrollment is non-refundable once paid; a one-time reschedule is available for a $50 fee. Refund policy.

Does this cover my full renewal requirement?
Not on its own. This 20-hour live bundle covers the live-instruction portion of your renewal. Combined with our 20-hour self-paced bundle, available soon, the two together satisfy the full requirement. Join the waitlist below to be notified when the self-paced bundle is released.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. A certificate of completion is issued at the end of the second full day and emailed to the attendee named on that seat, which may not be the person who paid. Attach it to your administrator renewal application, and keep a copy for your own records.
How are my hours credited?
The bundle curriculum consists of 10 separately approved courses, each with a required number of hours that must be met for that course to count as complete. Every approved course you complete is reflected on your certificate.
How do I access the live sessions?
Sessions are delivered live as a Zoom meeting, so you can speak, ask questions, and take part in discussion. Enrolling confirms your seat straight away. The joining link is emailed to each attendee three days before the session, and again the day before, so there is nothing to do in the meantime.
What happens if I can't attend both days?
A certificate is issued once you have completed the full two-day schedule, and it lists only the courses for which you met the required hours. If you miss part of a course, you can repeat that course at a future scheduled live session; a course is retaken in full rather than in parts. A $50 rescheduling fee applies, the makeup counts as that seat’s one permitted reschedule, and it must be completed within six months. No refund is issued for the missed portion. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
The $159 fee is non-refundable once paid. If you cannot attend, you may reschedule once to a date within six months for a $50 fee, requested at least two business days before your class. If Assisted Academy cancels or reschedules a class, you choose between a full refund and a free transfer. Read the full refund policy.
