Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to the 20-Hour RCFE Administrator CEU Bundle offered by Assisted Academy LLC.
1. Course fee is non-refundable
The $159 fee for the live Zoom class is final and non-refundable, once paid.
2. Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your registered class dates, you may reschedule to a future class date within six (6) months of your original class dates, for a $50 rescheduling fee. Reschedule requests must be submitted and approved at least two (2) business days before your scheduled class date. Rescheduling is limited to one occurrence per registration — that is, per seat, so each named attendee on a multi-seat order has their own — and is subject to availability of future sessions; a specific date or seat is not guaranteed. If the six-month window passes without a completed reschedule, the credit expires and re-registration at the then-current course fee is required.
3. Partial attendance
California regulations require that credit for an approved course only be given once all hours approved for that course have been completed. If you attend only part of the 20 hours (for example, missing part of Day 2):
- Your certificate will list only the approved courses for which you completed the required hours. Courses you did not complete will not appear on it.
- No refund will be issued for the missed portion.
- You must repeat in full any course you did not complete, at a future live session selected from already-scheduled class dates, in order for those courses to be certified. A course cannot be completed in parts; if you attended one of a course’s two required hours, you would sit both hours again. The $50 rescheduling fee applies to arrange the makeup session, and it counts as that seat’s one permitted reschedule, subject to the same six-month window and availability described in Section 2.
4. No-shows
If you do not attend your registered class dates and do not contact us to reschedule in advance, the course fee is forfeited. You may still register for a future class date at the then-current course fee.
5. Cancellations by Assisted Academy
If Assisted Academy cancels or reschedules a live class date, you will be offered a full refund or a free transfer to a future class date, at your choice.
6. Self-paced bundle waitlist
Joining the waitlist for the upcoming 20-hour self-paced bundle does not involve any payment. There is nothing to refund in connection with the waitlist; it is solely a notification list.
